Trade value for my 720S was fair and inline with the market.I specifically worked with Christian Couch and he was on top of the deal at every step. He was always quick to reply and provided details at every step of the process (photos, videos, etc). And we did nearly the entire deal by talking via text which was preferrable to me.One of the best "traditional" dealer experiences I've ever had.

We recently purchased a 2023 GLS63 from McLaren of Scottsdale and couldn't have had a better experience. We worked with the sales manager Christian and our salesman Kayle. They went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, send us a ton of pictures and videos of the car we wanted, work our whole deal over the phone, and have our car delivered to us in Texas. Not only was it one of the easiest purchases we've ever made, but the car was perfect and just as described.
I worked with rob to get the car and he was super professional, knowledgeable, helpful on obtaining the car. Even when he was on a vacation he made sure everything went smoothly. The car came in perfect condition just like I was told it would be and it was better than I expected. Long story short, I bought an Artura here is So Cal back on New Years Eve, the car was totaled with less than 400 miles on it due to someone merging directly into me while I had nowhere to go. I purchased a 2019 McLaren 720s, sight unseen. It is a little unnerving to purchase a vehicle without seeing it, but Robs description of the vehicle was spot on. I am very particular about defects in vehicles, and this car did not have a defect which I was not previously informed about by Rob. I had been communicating with Kayle for several months as I was contemplating leasing a Lotus Emira. I was checking out several dealers in LA, San Diego and Scottsdale.
