It's not very often you can say a dealership goes above and beyond in their customer service after you've purchased your vehicle, as soon as they get your money the honeymoon phase is over. Well that is not the case here. My husband and I have been doing business with Scottsdale mclaren for years and it's always been an absolute pleasure even if we didn't buy the car there they always treat us like family and take care of our friends just the same total vip care! Ralph and Izzy ALWAYS have taken care of us whether it be with parts and service or just general questions. It's nice to know people still care about their job in this day and age and they will continue to have our business no questions asked. Went for a car show and definitely did not disappoint. Quality cars and vendors. Staff are very knowledgeable, and to see they had the new McLaren 750S was amazing with the Lamborghini STO in the shop with it was a very warm surprise.

This is my second time working with the amazing team at McLaren Scottsdale (formally Lawrence Motorsport). As always, Richard was quick to send us details for our next car. My fiancé and I were set in getting an entry McLaren 570s and Richard and Christian were so patient with our questions and concerns. Funny enough, I threw them a curveball and asked about the R8 they had in stock. Even through our indecisiveness, they were so understanding and made sure that we left with no regrets.We promised we would be back, and we made good on that promise. I did a remote trade-in and purchase of a 2024 McLaren Artura at this dealership. I worked with several wonderful people: Kayle, Bret, Dwight, Riley, and Christian. They were all courteous, professional, and business-savvy when working out the details of the trade-in and purchase.Kayle was especially attentive not only in a pre-sales capacity, but also with following up after the car was delivered to me. I purchased the car remotely (from California) and Kayle was great about providing photo and video content to illustrate the condition of the car and to answer technical questions. This was especially valuable since I wasn't able to physically see the car before delivery.An enclosed trailer was sent to my home with the new car, and my trade-in was picked up at the same time. Very seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Kayle and the team at Scottsdale McLaren again.

McLaren Scottsdale is hands down the best dealership I have ever worked with. The first time I went there I had never sat in any car of this caliber but Cameron was very welcoming and showed me around the models I was interested in and answered all of my questions. He introduced me to Kayle and Couch who also made me feel like I was already part of the McLaren family. It took 3-4 visits for me to finally decide on the car I wanted to purchase but they understood and were patient with each time I would come.
